Fitness 
Classes

Are group sessions designed to improve health, wellness and fitness. These classes are led by a certified instructor and usually focus on a specific type of exercise or a combination of several.

30-minute sessions, designed with a variety of simple but effective exercises, divided into warm-up time, basic CrossFit, stretching and relaxation. Each session will test your willingness to invest valuable time in improving your health and socializing with the group, and at the end of the routine you will have a feeling of physical, emotional, and mental well-being for having achieved it.​

RESULTS MONITORING

The Fitness program includes sports nutrition advice and biweekly monitoring of 12 variables that make up your body composition, that is, how your total weight and the efficiency of your metabolic processes are subdivided.

Each session covers the 4 categories, and combines repetitive, timed exercises, accompanied by music. The degrees of intensity, effort and weight are progressively modified and synchronized with breathing rhythms and recovery periods, divided into 30 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest.

Regular and disciplined attendance at our FITNESS session program will give your body and mind an improvement in 12 main aspects: elasticity, flexibility, strength, endurance, power, coordination, balance, agility, vitality, concentration, will and emotional balance.Progressively, if you combine the Fitness class with training and pickleball practice and a significant improvement in the nutritional value of your diet, your level of individual performance and athletic performance will increase significantly and you will also see it reflected in your body composition values.
