9:00 AM - 10:30AM: Observed Play
10:30 AM - 4:30 PM: return to hotel, enjoy your time
4:30 PM – 6:00 PM: return to courts Skills & Drills - day 1
Monday Dec.1st - Thursday, Dec.4th
8:00 AM – 9:30AM - Skills & Drills - day 2-5
9:30 AM - 10:30 AM - play time
10:30 AM - 4:30 PM: return to hotel, enjoy your time
4:30 PM – 6:00 PM: return to courts, Observed play
Friday, Dec 5th
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Doubles Event FUN Tournament
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Finals and exhibition games - play against coaches
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM Wrap-up Gala

Single occupancy room $1,780 CAD +16% tax**
Deposit: $600 CAD due at sign-up
Second Payment: $1000 due August 31, 2025
Final Payment: due September 30, 2025
** 16% tax is waved for groups of min 10 rooms
