4:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Finals and exhibition games - play against coaches

Payment Schedule:

Total Cost

Double occupancy room $2,470 CAD +16% tax**

Single occupancy room $3,520 CAD +16% tax**

Deposit: $600 CAD due at sign-up

Second Payment: $1000 due December 1st, 2025

Final Payment: due January 15th, 2026

** 16% tax is waved for groups of min 10 rooms

 

 Refund Policy:

• Fully refundable until October 30th, minus $100 admin fee

• until December 1st - 75% refundable

• until January 15th - 50% refundable

• after February 15th - No refunds
